i have a webpage with both an image and a video uploaded to it.
so i make a html copy and make sure that image url is the same but in the video file i replace the relative url.
the webpage get its player data from the server and by that all the images are download/buffered and display.
now the problem is the video “starts” to play before the first image is downloaded or buffered
so i guess the videoplayer sees a 404 image instead of the image that has its fully loaded.
how can i make the player see the image that is fully loaded?

The video had a “waiting for upload” message
but i changed the “uploadTimeout” with a long time (10000) and the wait
time went from 5sec to 2sec.
that obviously was a solution for the current problem.
anyway: in the future, make sure that the solution you are looking for does not happen again. there were tons of posts about this issue on google.
